Sponsor the research
EDRCost.com accepts a single sponsor. The sponsorship is one clearly labelled strip, reading “Independent research, supported by X”, shown site-wide and exclusive to the sponsor’s category.
What the sponsor gets
- A single labelled strip. “Independent research, supported by X” with the sponsor’s name and a link. Plain-language labelling, and sponsor links carry
rel="sponsored". - Category exclusivity. While the sponsorship runs, no competitor of the sponsor appears in the strip. One category, one company.
- A monthly performance report. What the strip was shown against and what it did, sent every month for the life of the sponsorship.
- A founding rate. Early sponsors lock their rate for as long as they hold the slot. We do not publish pricing; ask by email.
The hard rule: vendors this site evaluates are not eligible to sponsor it. The sponsor also never appears on pages that cover its own products or its category competitors.
Never for sale
Sponsorship buys the strip and nothing else. The following are editorial:
- Rankings and comparison outcomes
- Placement in or around the budget calculator
- Verification stamps
- Editorial influence of any kind
Verification of pricing figures is free for every vendor, sponsor or not.
